Modified Wedge Threading Clutch Shaft Assembly (exchange)

Below you will find a list of parts that we will require in order
 to qualify for exchange/retrofit  program. The used exchange parts should be in "serviceable" condition.  Gears- no broken teeth, Nuts- in decent condition with good threads,  the MB-226-160 will be resurfaced. These are not considered "wear" and can be used in future exchange assemblies.  
Please use the box that we ship the original assembly in to return the exchange parts back to NOWAK .
